The Baltimore Museum of Art holds the largest collection in the world of works by Henri Matisse.

The Cone Collection of modern art, from the Cone sisters, is one of the jewel of the BMA with works from Matisse, Picasso, Degas, Pissaro, Courbet. Achillea presents hereby a selection of pieces.

The museum further presents an internationally renowned collection of 90 000 objects from 19th-century, modern, and contemporary art periods.
